Why draw this turkey?
Now students can learn how to draw a cute turkey with the anime look of an oversized head, beak and eye. It not only makes them look extra adorable, the larger size is also just plain easier to draw too. Adding details to small things can be tricky, but with an eye as big as the one shown above, there’s plenty of room for not only one little highlight spot, but even two or three.
This turkey tutorial also offers students an easy way to draw a kind of side view that still shows off all those tail feathers, but looks like the bird is kind of active too. It’s great for those that know how to draw the basic shape of a turkey, but want to try something a little different. After all, there’s certainly more than one way to draw them!
